Job Description

 

  • Create weekly/monthly and quarterly social media platform plans based on marketing strategy.
  • Creative social media platform content regarding marketing plan.
  • Develop, implement and manage multiple social media platforms.
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging and audience identification.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
  • Up-to date with social media trends and best practices.
  • Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
  • Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
  • Remove, manage and report any inappropriate problems.
  • Maintaining social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Manage the relationship with our Affiliate Marketing partners.
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
  • Developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns that promote a company and its products and/or services.
  • Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action.
  • Executing campaigns across a variety of platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and LINKED IN.
  • Implement best practices for copy, creative, and audience targeting with oversight from Director of Paid Strategy.
  • Collecting and evaluating customer feedback data.
  • Evaluating competitor’s Digital Marketing strategies and creating plans to overtake them.


 

 

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Google Analytics skills.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices
  • Solid experience in Facebook Ads
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Creative
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
