Job Description

We are happy to invite you to join our professional customer service team for one of the leading companies based in Kuwait. 

  • You will work from Egypt and will deal with customers from Kuwait.
  • You will work in the Call Center Department that supports the operation of food retail (e-commerce ).
  • You will serve high-profile company customers who use mobile applications to place orders.
  • You will receive customer calls and solve customer problems with passion.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as Call Center Team Leader is a must.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Call Center. 
  • Working in E-commerce field such as (Talabat - Elmenus - Mrsool - Glovo) is preferred.
  • Graduated from high school, college or university.
  • Gulf culture awareness is highly preferred.
  • Male .
  • Age below 33 years .
  • Very good command of English language .
  • Action planning and root cause analysis.
  • Performance metrics and lean process improvement.
