Job Description

- You will work from Egypt and will deal with customers from Kuwait.
- You will work in the Call Center Department that supports the operation of food retail (e-commerce ).
- You will serve high-profile company customers who use mobile applications to place orders.
- You will receive customer calls and solve customer problems with passion.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience as Call Center Team Leader is a must.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Call Center.
- Working in E-commerce field such as (Talabat - Elmenus - Mrsool - Glovo) is preferred.
- Graduated from high school, college or university.
- Gulf culture awareness is highly preferred.
- Male .
- Age below 33 years .
- Very good command of English language .
- Action planning and root cause analysis.
- Performance metrics and lean process improvement.
