Job Description

  • Maintain all General Trade sales and distribution activities within the assigned region.
  • Establish deals with distributors and wholesalers.
  • Manage the business of distributors and monitor their stock levels and credit balance.
  • Report stock flow to direct manager and department head on weekly basis.
  • Receive orders of distributors through Territory Supervisors and process it to internal Customer Service Team.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics department for the fulfilling the terms and conditions of delivering the products to distributors and sub-distributors.
  • Collect sales data and figures from distributors and report them to Regional Sales Manager and head of Sales department.
  • Compile and analyze sales figures.
  • Manage distributors’ compensations and market discounts at the end of each month.
  • Recommend and execute sales promotional activities within the designated area.
  • Monitor the team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.
  • Coach, evaluate and compensate team and put the targets and KPIs for individual Territory Supervisors.
  • Keep track of customer information.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years of FMCG Sales experience out of which 2-3 years of managerial experience
