Job Description
- Experienced Product Manager is required to promote and sell our HR Management Software (HRMS) developed by our company based in Saudi Arabia.
- The job is part-time and will require taking the lead by:
- Reach out by email to new clients and offer the software showing the different features.
- Attending a regular meeting with management to brief on productivity targets e.g. number of emails, number of leads & number of deals closed and also achieving of financial targets.
- Keep track of all activities using the company CRM.
- Provide regular updates to the management
- Make sure the project is always on budget and as per the timelines set by management
- Provide the proper support and dedication to sales and marketing teams to meet the weekly/monthly targets
Job Requirements
- Experience in sales and marketing of HR software is a must
- Knowledge of email marketing is a plus
- Previous experience in leading similar project is a big plus
- Must be ready to start within 1 week
