Job Description
- Assure clients satisfaction regarding all their requests related to after sales function
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems
- Responsible for handling client requests regarding unit reservation cancelation, rescheduling and postponing cheques
- Establish active communication and engagement with all other departments to help out where necessary to ensure excellent customer experience
- Update clients with correct data and procedures
- Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information
- Manage Sales effective document control
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree. Relevant post graduate studies is preferred.
- Work Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer relations and sales management.
- Skills & Competencies: Excellent communication and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
- Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
