Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out periodic maintenance of computers and the information network.
- Monitor the efficiency of the work of computers, the information network, and printing devices, and verify their suitability to the requirements of users.
- Fixing computer and data network malfunctions as soon as possible.
- Study and solve the problems of operating systems necessary to develop radical solutions to prevent their recurrence after submitting them to the higher management for approval and supervising their implementation.
- Develop appropriate plans to secure the information and archives in the system and ensure their safety.
- Choosing the optimal method for maintaining confidential information in a manner appropriate to the users ’activity and job levels and following up its application.
- Updating software systems continuously.
- Provide the necessary technical support to the departments of the information network system and ensure that the required guidance is provided to ensure operational safety.
- Determine the company's needs for devices and supplies and follow up on their provision.
- Work to develop technology at work and increase its use to save time and money.
Job Requirements
- 5-6 years of experience in the Manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Kaspersky server, domain server, serviliane , FortiGate, exchange, office products
- Background with ERP Systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work with team
