Job Description
- Present, promote, and sell units using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit, and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
- Ability to create, and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Advising customers about delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
- Can work independently or with a team.

Job Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in the same position and real estate background is a must.
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages.
- Active Listener.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Must own a car.
