Property Consultant

• Present, promote, and sell units using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform cost-benefit, and needs analysis of existing / potential customers to meet their needs.
• Ability to create, and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
• Explain contracts, addressing concerns, and finalizing deals.
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Advising customers about delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
• Can work independently or with a team.
