Job Description
Manage All Operation Activities
• Coaching PM and senior PM performance
• Maintains and secures administrative records for tracking employee attendance, records of work performed, training completed, and control the quality with the safety manager
• Work cross-functionally across different units to achieve the business objectives including the new initiatives from the process and system perspective
• Analyze refund, reversal, chargeback, block-release, etc., and continuously find ways to improve\ automate them
• Follow up on troubleshooting problems with Pms
• Lead business continuity including the maintenance of record retention, protection, and disposal process, and provide sales volume report monthly
• Preparing long and short-term budgets and work plans to implement the board of directors objectives. Monitors adherence to budgets and work plans to ensure objectives are met
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree
• Preferred worked in the telecom industry
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Experience must be more than 10 Years
