Responsibilities include :
- Food costing
- Purchasing
- Inventory controlling
- Making estimates of new and proposed product costs
- Recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures
- Effectively controlling the Food & Beverage cost.
Job Requirements
- Males only
- Must have 1 – 3 years’ experience of working in Food & Beverage or hospitality.
- Residents of 6th of October and Sheikh Zayed are much preferred.
- Interested and able to work in a startup environment.
- Very good command of English
- Excellent computer skills & command of Microsoft office.
- Experience in POS software is an advantage
