Job Description
- Drafting and reviewing all company contracts and dealings, commenting on them, and ensuring that they serve the company's interests.
- Extracting all licenses for branches and parties and solving their problems k) Reconciliation on the buildings of the violating branches etc.
- Communicate with all relevant government agencies to terminate all licenses, permits, and legal and illegal procedures.
