Job Description

Main Responsibility:

  • Handle customer requests, questions, and complaints on a variety of support channels.
  • Generate leads and identify potential up-sell or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers.
  • Keep track of customer expectations and recurring issues.
  • Supports Level 1 technical support issues via telephone, email support, and chat.

Job Requirements

  • General knowledge of the Internet including how to utilize search engines to troubleshoot.
  • General knowledge of Email clients: Outlook, Webmail cPanel, etc.
  • Familiarity with ( HTML , PHP , FTP . DNS , Domains , cPanel).
  • Familiarity with Web forums, blogs.
