Job Description

Currently we are working with US based company specialized in Taxes and Accounting and they are looking to hire English Customer Support Agents with at least one year of work experience in dealing with customers.

First 3 months you will be provided with a paid training, during the training period you will learn Technical Skills

Working hours: Rotational shifts and Girls will be provided with a transportation for shifts after 12:00 am

Job Description

  • Registration of software, including accurate verification of client data through Salesforce CRM and supporting documents.
  • Remote Installation of software using Team Viewer, standalone installations as well as networked offices.
  • Troubleshoot client issues, including software, hardware and network related inquiries.
  • Use company online knowledge base to resolve client issues before escalating to management.
  • Maintains Salesforce CRM database by entering notes in clients file on every call and proper use of cases.
  • Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Will be trained on basic tax preparation support and handle all support related issues with clients.
  • Introducing 3 tax preparation software to company’s new leads during off season

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work extended hours during tax season, December, January, February and March along with reduced hours during off season, June, July and August.
  • Exhibits proficiency in English and ability to provide excellent customer to clients through phone, email and Live Chat.
