Job Description
- study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution, producing and preparing necessary documents and communicate them with different parties
- Monitor and prepare projects' time plans and Schedules using Primavera.
- Revise and compare Architectural drawing with structural drawing.
- Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow-up drawings amendments during the implementation process with our consultant and site engineers including as-built drawings.
- Prepare bill of quantity, cost estimation, cost control, and price breakdown analysis.
- Implement cost-effective measures for reducing project costs.

- Doing quantity survey activities to Prepare purchasing requests, subcontractors’ and client’s invoices.
- Preparing client & subcontractor demands / VOs.
- Issuing financial and technical reports
- Issuing compensations & claims for contractors
- Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the Contracts team.
- Making a check on the structure design if required.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience with technical drawings and details.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills.
- AutoCAD is a must
- Primavera is a plus.
- Good experience in structure design.
