Job Description
- Complete administrative duties such as preparing, drafting and reviewing contracts.
- Structure, draft and review reports and any other legal document.
- Mange legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence.
- Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
- Support the company departments with the needed legal documents in order to performance their jobs as the commercial register, the amendment of cooperation and etc.
- Handling all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
- Correspond the official authorities to handle requirements.
- Handling Legal investigations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Law English section.
- Excellent command of English Language.
- Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
- Computer skills in Microsoft office(Word and Excel).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-focused
