Job Description

  • Complete administrative duties such as preparing, drafting and reviewing contracts.
  • Structure, draft and review reports and any other legal document.
  • Mange legal documentation and correspondence in strict confidence. 
  • Follow up the incorporation, amendment, registration of the board meetings and ordinary and extraordinary general meetings.
  • Support the company departments with the needed legal documents in order to performance their jobs as the commercial register, the amendment of cooperation and etc.
  • Handling all departments’ requests regarding any legal issues.
  • Correspond the official authorities to handle requirements.
  • Handling Legal investigations.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of Law English section.
  • Excellent command of English Language.
  • Registered at the Egyptian Bar Association.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft office(Word and Excel).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-focused
