Job Description

  • Rent-a-car arrangements, meet/assist at airports, guest relations management – handling entire reception activities
  • Company Cars – Buying new cars, car registration/licenses work-new, car insurance, car maintenance & insurance claims.
  • Managing all HO utilities
  • Entire office administration –Pantry, housekeeping, upkeep, printing & stationary, equipment management (Fax/Printers/Scanners/Photocopiers/Pantry equipment/Electrical units/Furniture).
  • Manage employee/worker transportation for factories and HO
  • Manage security for all facilities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • 2-3 Years of experience in admin related tasks in factories
  • Fluent English Written and Spoken
  • Able to use Excel, Word, and PPT
