Job Description
- Plans and organizes the Strategic efforts to enable the company of achieving.
- Monitor and control all financial transactions to enable Etara Shop managing its dues.
- Participate in the services pricing committee after coordination with the interrelated departments.
- Build positive relationship with the clients to achieve highest benefits for the organization.
- Supervise all incomplete expenses to record it and follow up till conducted or returned, follow up the supply orders till that actually recorded.
- Monitoring unit cost variance.
- Implementing cost standards for materials and labor.
- Preparing cost of goods sold and production reports .
- Manage and handle all tax calculations to ensure the optimal uses of the company resources.
- Monitors and manages the company's bank relationships to ensure liquidity management.
- Liaising with departments to ensure smooth running of daily operations to meet the company’s objectives.
- Manage, Inspire and develop subordinates to raise their capabilities .
- Submit various reports to support the management decision.
- Leads, control and monitor all warehouses activity to ensure allocation of resources.
- Manage and control the Fixed Assets .
