Dispatch Operations Analyst

Job Summary: 

As dispatch operations analyst, you will run multiple simulations to get best plan scenario to be executed for all warehouses and keep track of data and check quality of data always and performance, flag with issues and find solution with different teams.

 

Responsibilities: 

• Run multiple simulations to get the most productive plan to be executed.
• Execute multiple dispatch plans at multiple warehouses using different constraints.
• Run analysis on multiple scenarios and on executed plans.
• Keep track of data outcome and share via dashboard.
• Monitor service and quality of route optimization and couriers’ productivity and vehicles assortment.
• Make effective communications with Operation multiple functions.
• Flag daily issues with concerned parties and follow up on the solution.
