Job Description
- Maintain and watch the servers and prevent blocking (due to overloads) by regular system checks.
- Supervise backup of the stored data on the servers.
- Install, update and maintain the LEPS servers and LEPS client PC’s.
- Administrate LEPS application and Database.
- Manage network connection of process servers and clients to LEPS Database.
- Run and watch conditions of the WAN/LAN network.
- Manage user rights and security measures of LEPS networks.
- Analyze and test local IT solutions and report to IM before introducing them for working.
- Customer support (1st level support for LEPS users, conducting training for LEPS users, compiling work instructions).
- Communicate with internal and external service suppliers (LEONI 2nd level, Equipment suppliers).
- Full production support.
Job Requirements
Education: BSc. Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: At least one year in IT field.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Windows operating system, MS office suites and MSSQL databases
- Knowledge of network and related hardware components.
- Knowledge of active directory, DHCP, DNS and various server functions.
- Knowledge of MSSQL queries.
- Knowledge of VMware ESXi.
Other skills and knowledges:
- Effective communication in English written and verbal.
- Project management and manufacturing process.
- Excellent analytical thinking abilities and attention to details.
- Documentation and organizational skills.
- Time and resources management.
- Hard worker, team player and fast learner.
Other requirements:
- Availability to work on weekends and after working hours.
- Flexibility to work on shifts with On-Call duty according to production needs.
- Attending emergency calls giving urgency sense.
Candidates with related certifications like A+, N+, Server+, MCSA, CCNA,.. etc would be given higher priority.
