Job Description
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.
- Reporting daily to the area manager with all of the branch activities.
- Responsible for the branch’s assets, petty cash, and maintenance.
- Opening our branches according to the morning shift.
- Receiving the new items (for the morning shift only).
- Assisting customers at the cash register.
- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.
- Informing customers of current active promotions when appropriate.
- Preparing food in a safe and responsible manner.
- Use specific kitchen machineries such as ice cream dispensers, blenders, and espresso machines to create customized hot and cold beverages to customers’ preferences.
- Keeping the store clean and well-maintained.
- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.
- Helping fellow associates when needed with various tasks.
- Handle guests’ concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to restaurant policy.
Job Requirements
- At least +2 years of experience as a Store Manager in the same field. “6-8 total years of experience"
- Food and beverage background is a must.
- Maximum age 32 Bachelor's degree.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Very Good English
- Has the market knowledge
