Job Description

Sales Account Manager for a UK based Refurbished Computers Company with several online channels

Computer Remarketing Services ltd is one of the leading companies in refurbishing computers, laptop and Apple products. The refurbished products are sold in main selling channels in the UK and Europe, like Amazon (EN, SP, IT, GE, FR), Groupon, Backmarket, Wowcher, and several other dropshipper websites 

We are looking for a strong Sales Account Manager to join our team to handle the sales of different channels and maintain healthy accounts with our business partners.

Job description:

  • Own our sales channels.
  • Owning relationships with account managers and customers.
  • Managing and Monitoring listings and adverts.
  • Account forecasts.
  • Monitor and flag areas for improvement and areas of risk such as defect rates, negative feedback, or changes in the channel policies.
  • Expanding sales channels based on performance targets, and opening up accounts in the gulf main sales channels like Amazon UAE and noon.
  • Manage our Microsoft Authorised Refurbisher MAR account to expand our reach in selling licenses globally to Third Party Resellers TPRs.
  • Develop sales plans against the stock available, and directing sales towards most wanted products.
  • Preparing reports for directors and assisting in data-driven decision making.
  • Assist in hiring new team members and provide the required training for them.
  • Direct the digital marketing activities towards achieving more sales

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience with Amazon and/or other E-commerce channels is a must.
  • At least 5 years of experience in online sales in mature markets like Europe and the US.
  • Experience with computer hardware.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing and Google Ads
  • A degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
  • Sales forecasting experience.
  • Well organised and able to work on own initiative.
  • Strong people and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of Data Analytics and forecasting tools.
  • A can-do attitude with strong ownership.
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken.
  • To be able work full time from our parnter’s office in Cairo, and follow the normal working hours in the UK

Preferred:

  • Customer facing experience preferred.
  • Additional European language (French, Spanish, Italian or German).
  • Experience with refurbished IT equipment.

You can expect:

  • Permanent, full time contract.
  • Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am to 6pm UK time; with additional hours as per needed by the role.
  • Working in a small, highly knowledgeable team.
  • Business travel as necessary.
  • Salary: Competitive, Negotiable according to Experience.
