Job Description
- Establish, maintain and expand the client base in the designated area of sales.
- Attend to the needs of the existing customers.
- Increase business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Cascade sales targets to individual sales representatives and the team as a whole.
- Assist in the recruiting and training of sales area team.
- Allocate areas/districts to sales representatives.
- Monitor sales team performance and motivate them to reach targets.
- Compile and analyze sales figures.
- Report sales activities and performance of sales area.
- Handle customer service-related issues of key accounts in the designated area.
- Collecting customer feedback and market research.
- Research and report up to date findings of market status and competitors.
- Suggest ways and means to improve sales performance for the designated sales area.
- Ensure the team database of customers is complete and accurate to retrieve data when requested.
- Conduct and lead sales visits.
- Provide product information, answer client questions and concerns and build brand awareness while achieving long-term relationships with current and potential clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field or industry of food products and FMCG
- A post graduate degree in sales and marketing is a plus
- Must own a car and a valid driver’s license
- Area of residence must be within the boundaries of the sales area
