Job Description
- Monitor inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
- Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
- Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
- Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS) in the system.
- Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
- Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
- Analyse and optimize logistical procedures (Local and international suppliers).
- Review and prepare incentives from suppliers.
- Ensure the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity.
- Answering customer queries (Internal and External).
- CRM and VOR orders Follow-up.
- Payments to suppliers’ follow-ups.
- Any other duties within the nature of his/her qualifications, or such duties that become within the nature of his/her qualifications as a result of any training or qualification he/she has received by El Kasrawy Grou

Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree.
- Experience: 5-7 years Experience.
- An automotive background is a must.
Knowledge, skills & abilities:
- MS Office, Excel.
- Spare Parts operation management.
- Supply chain concepts.
- Negotiation.
- Presentation skills
