Job Description

  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
  • Create true new Sales leads, follow up, and are eager to close sales potentials.
  • Maintain a positive company image, build trust and long-term relationships with customers, and build a solid customer database.
  • Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions
  • Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base
  • Communicates significant trends, rate changes, and policies to posted accounts
  • Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
  • Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
  • Full responsibility for collections of customer’s outstanding.
  • Pass all shipment information to customer service to arrange shipment booking and follow-up.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics/inland transportation.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills
