Job Description
- Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services.
- Create true new Sales leads, follow up, and are eager to close sales potentials.
- Maintain a positive company image, build trust and long-term relationships with customers, and build a solid customer database.
- Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions
- Builds a good understanding of target customers and the assigned account base
- Communicates significant trends, rate changes, and policies to posted accounts
- Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
- Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends
- Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality
- Full responsibility for collections of customer’s outstanding.
- Pass all shipment information to customer service to arrange shipment booking and follow-up.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics/inland transportation.
- Bachelor's degree.
