Job Description
- Develops a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conducts research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arranges business meetings with prospective clients
- Promotes the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepares sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provides trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Builds long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Job Requirements
- Degree Business Administration or equivalent
- 4+ years of experience in Business Development or similar role
- Experience in leading business development team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Critical thinker and problem solver
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Excellent command of MS Office and CRM software
