Job Description
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieve objectives, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Tracking sales goals and reporting results
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
- Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education job requirements

Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Experience from 3-5 years in Real Estate
