Job Description

  • Effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.
  • Read and route incoming mail, and reply to email messages as assigned.
  • Initiate follow-ups with developers, and responsible for office equipment, and supplies.
  • Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews, and vacancy announcement
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate industry is A MUST.
  • Strong Administrative Skills, a sense of prioritizing, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages.
  • Excellent command of Computer skills and Microsoft Office.
  • Preferred to be 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed resident.
  • Females only.
