Job Description
- Effectively coordinate meetings and other office events.
- Read and route incoming mail, and reply to email messages as assigned.
- Initiate follow-ups with developers, and responsible for office equipment, and supplies.
- Support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews, and vacancy announcement
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the real estate industry is A MUST.
- Strong Administrative Skills, a sense of prioritizing, urgency, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of Arabic and English Languages.
- Excellent command of Computer skills and Microsoft Office.
- Preferred to be 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed resident.
