Job Description
- The candidate will be trained on how to fix and install embroidery machines for customers.
- The candidate will need to learn how to determine where the fault is and why the machine is not working properly,
- The candidate will also have to determine which spare parts need to be ordered to fix the machine.
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience in the field.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Does not mind working overtime.
- Do not mind traveling around Egypt for overnight work trips.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Presentation and communication skills
- Understanding if the problem is electrical or mechanical.
- Must be able to identify different faults in the machine.
- Ready and identify spare parts in the catalog.
- Must be ready to learn new skills.
