Job Description
- Organize lab documents
- Organize flavour library
- Track shipments to and from France
- Track samples list to clients, from library
- Conduct market researches, presentations and explore F&B trends
- Invent new flavour combinations to present to customers
- Regularly conduct panel tests to prioritise flavours and recipes
- To prepare liquid samples to be sent to customers
- To prepare finished products to be sent to customers including; Juice, CDS, Candy, cakes, chocolate fillings, ice-cream, biscuits, wafers and creams
- Help with day - to day activities
- May sometimes help with sales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Food science is a must
- Good cooking skills and a passion for food
- Proactive mindset
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work without supervision
- Flexible
- Willing to learn and develop skills
