Job Description
- Prepares and develops urban design and master plan drawings, reports, and strategies.
- Prepares budgets for land usages following planning and design regulations.
- Prepares and develops hard and soft landscape designs.
- Prepares detailed landscape drawings.
- Writes effective memos, and reports; in addition to professionally presenting the material.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape, Regional Planning, or any design/development industry-related discipline.
- Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to a team structure.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of people and in diverse environments.
- Has full awareness of all required governmental regulations
