Job Description
- We are looking for #Supermarket store and shift manager is responsible for overseeing all the activities that play out in the store.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Improve profit and attain sales target of the supermarket
- Deal with all complaints, queries, and other related customer service issues
- Recruit and interview new staff for the supermarket
- Organize training, orientation, and supervise all departmental managers
- Organize holidays
- Oversee receiving orders and stock control
- Assign and schedule tasks for specific employees and also follow up on the results they generate
- Complete all the operational requirements of the store
- Manage suppliers, make contracts and purchases

- يشرف على استلام الطلبات ومراقبة المخزون
- مسئول عن تعيين وجدولة المهام لموظفين معينين و متابعة النتائج
- يقوم باستكمال كافة المتطلبات التشغيلية للمخزن
- يجيد إدارة الموردين وعقد العقود والمشتريات
Job Requirements
- At least high school diploma
- Opening new stores experience is a MUST
- Customer oriented
- Cash management.
- Excellent Customer service skills
- from 2 to 10 years experience
- Ability to effectively lead and supervise people
- Skilled in store management and operations
- Adept in using cash register machines; computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Abreast with the latest trends in selling techniques
- Key player and knowledgeable in store expansion
- Physically fit to work on a shifting schedule

- لاعب رئيسي وعلى دراية في توسيع المتجر
- قادر على العمل وفقًا لجدول زمني متغير
