Job Description
- Daily Site Supervision for mechanical works in residential and commercial building ( HVAC , fire Protection , Plumbing , swimming Pools and Infra-structure electromechanical works)
- Ensure execution of work as per quality standards.
- Monitor & follow up work progress execution.
- Review of monthly progress invoices according to completed works.
- Review /check inspection , Sampling and testing of materials to ensure full compliance with quality standards.
- Identify non conforming work or materials , follow up corrective actions.
- Assertively anticipate in weekly contracts coordination meetings.
- Assist in the review and forward comments on the technical query raised by the contractor.
- Review and approve all construction submittals document.
- Ensure that all statutory authority permits - design approvals are available ahead of construction.
- Review weekly , Monthly execution progress ( invoices) for Subcontractors.
- Check and approve snag list items , follow up with contractors till clearing all remaining works.
- Hand over system with all related work packages , for HVAC , fire fighting and plumbing.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a Contracting company is required.
- Education B Sc. in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Communications, Mechatronics)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong Communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (Excel / Word / Power-point) perfect application.
- Experience in working on AutoCAD is a must.
