Job Description
- Arrange and organize the books according to their codes to be easy to find.
- Ensure the availability of the needed tools and raw materials and inventory the warehouse's store.
- Participate in all the activities related to the library.
- Follow up on the library cleanliness in coordination with the Housekeeping department.
- Follow and implement department policies.
- Conduct a survey of the unavailable books to meet the members’ needs.
- Participate in entering the subscribed members’ data and make create an account for each one of them to follow up easier.
- Receive/deliver books from/to the members and record their data and follow up on the borrowed books with the members.
- Submit needed periodic reports to the direct manager.
- Answer the members inquire in a proper way.
- Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the mainframe of the job’s specialty.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred in Libraries specialization)
- Knowledge about libraries operating systems.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Details and quality-oriented
- MS office user
- Safety procedures knowledge
