Job Description
- Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom
- Receive, unload, and shelve supplies
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing, pricing, and labeling supplies
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies; report those to accounting for reimbursements and record-keeping
- Rotate stock and coordinate the disposal of surpluses
- Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
- Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
- Printing waybills, invoice to be attached with shipments
- Track all orders via delivery software, 3PL reports
- Resolve any issues related to customers orders
- Updating system by order status for the needed actions
- Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of Experience.
- Suitable education degree.
