Job Description

  • Supervises personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
  • Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
  • Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
  • Verify and document employees’ “right to work”. Make the appropriate documentation/registration.
  • Serve as an on-call representative after hours, responding to any work-related emergencies.

Job Requirements

  • 5 - 8 Years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.
  • People-oriented and results-driven.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Is familiar with the provisions of the various labor contracts, local laws and regulations which apply to FM operations.
  • Personally credible.
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  • Integrity and approachability.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices  
  • Experience managing HR Functions within white-collar & blue-collar organizations that possess retail operations as well.
