Job Description
- Supervises personnel which typically include recommendations for hiring, firing, performance evaluation, training, work allocation, and problem resolution.
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs
- Verify and document employees’ “right to work”. Make the appropriate documentation/registration.
- Serve as an on-call representative after hours, responding to any work-related emergencies.
Job Requirements
- 5 - 8 Years of related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Is familiar with the provisions of the various labor contracts, local laws and regulations which apply to FM operations.
- Personally credible.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Integrity and approachability.
- Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Experience managing HR Functions within white-collar & blue-collar organizations that possess retail operations as well.
