Job Description
- Executing all purchasing activities.
- Executing all Logistics activities.
- Source for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and services with suppliers.
- Process purchase orders & documents in accordance with company, policies, procedures & specifications.
- Follow up with related documents to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance, and payments are done properly & on time.
- Manage the NAFEZA’s company account for importation & customs procedures and following up with foreign suppliers, customs clearance agents.
- Evaluating all suppliers & providers.
- Initiating weekly progress reports on all activities done
- Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of any relevant specialization from an accredited faculty/university.
- 3-5 years experience in imported purchasing and logistics cycle, preferably if working in a manufacturing environment.
- Very good command of English language.
- Strong knowledge & well informed with Customs regulations.
- Very good computer literature especially for MS Office package.
- ERP user Preferably if aware of SAP operations
