Job Description

  • Executing all purchasing activities.
  • Executing all Logistics activities.
  • Source for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, delivery, and services with suppliers.
  • Process purchase orders & documents in accordance with company, policies, procedures & specifications.
  • Follow up with related documents to ensure that deliveries, shipping, clearance, and payments are done properly & on time.
  • Manage the NAFEZA’s company account for importation & customs procedures and following up with foreign suppliers, customs clearance agents.
  • Evaluating all suppliers & providers.
  • Initiating weekly progress reports on all activities done
  • Keep up with financial policies, regulations, and legislation

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree of any relevant specialization from an accredited faculty/university.
  • 3-5 years experience in imported purchasing and logistics cycle, preferably if working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Strong knowledge & well informed with Customs regulations.
  • Very good computer literature especially for MS Office package.
  • ERP user Preferably if aware of SAP operations
