Projects Engineer

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate site surveys through filling out all the necessary documents related to this phase.
• Handle one or two projects at the same time with the same level of efficiency and effectiveness
• Analyzing and organizing data to identify the requirements in a timely manner, on a daily basis.
• Maintain and manage the projects schedules’ for delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Study the projects drawings for any further amendments related to the installation process.
• Filling the projects submittal forms and transfer the technical information in them to his team.
• Maintaining accurate technical drawings and system diagrams for all the phases of the projects.
• Responsible for monitoring the installation activities to ensure conformance with the surveys, contracts and specifications.
• Direct the team of senior technicians and technicians within each phase of each project on daily basis.
• Assist technical specialists in the coordination and management of all work planning processes.
• Establish projects status reports for accurate follow of the delivery and testing schedules.
• Handling projects including scope requirements for project planning and project execution.
• Maintain accurate, organized and current compliance records and documentation in a manner consistent with the departments needs and as per the contract with the client.
• Conducts monitoring and quality assurance of all long-term and short-term interventions.
• Perform the required projects delivery inspections and evaluation.
• Monitor budget execution and spending rates of each project with the financial department.
• Maintain a strong relationship with the client.

Authorities

• Reports directly to the Technical Director.
• Co-ordinate with the sales department, financial department, and the procurement department for all management - related logistics of the project.
• Fill in and approve the weekly sheets for the team of senior technicians and technicians.
