Job Description
- Our client is a one of its kind holding in Egypt with a portfolio of companies addressing the dog market with a wide selection of dog-related activities. one of its business units that provides dog boarding and other services focused on the well-being of the dog and his parents.
- Looking for a new Customer Experience Agent to help us make the company a better place for our customers. The applicant must be a dog lover, people person, service-oriented, organized, team player, and able to multi-task.
Tasks and Responsibility:
- Answer incoming calls, emails, and handle business queries.
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Open customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Preparing periodic business reports.
Job Requirements
- Good computer skills Microsoft office, web-based tool, CRM.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent command of the English language spoken and written.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Minimum one-year experience in office operations.
