Job Description
- Receive, analyze, and answer all customers’ requests, questions, warranty claims, and clarifications regarding maintenance.
- Prepare and follow up technical and commercial offers for spare parts, services contracts, product repairing
- Train and work closely with department team, achieving company strategy.
- Conduct site visits to resolve all breakdowns and to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Establish, promote, and maintain excellent rapport with all stakeholders.
- Contact the quality control department to analyze the breakdowns cause roots to take the preventive actions accordingly,
- Follow filing and archiving system.
Job Requirements
- experience in Hotel kitchen and laundry eqt. not less that 2 years
- Excellent communication skills
- Presentable
- Very good command of English
- Technical Understanding
- Problem-solving
- Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
- In our field, after-sales service for kitchen equipment and commercial laundry equipment.
