Be a strong contributor to the Dynamics 365 team, lead business and technology components related to commerce. Contribute to the digital transformation strategy, through ensuring that commerce initiatives and business needs fulfilled through proper business operational needs, requirement operational design by creating solid technical design that ensure effectiveness, efficiency and scalability. 

As a commerce consultant, you need to design, maintain solid understand of the current setup and configuration of D365. Also you will support the implementation of different business initiatives and enhancements. 

In the course of your work, you will utilize be exposed to different architecture standard, frameworks, practices and tools. In addition, you needed familiarity with other related IT framework and standards such as ITIL, COBIT, CMMI, SDLC, Agile, etc.     

• Configuring and troubleshooting D365 Commerce 
• Performing the functional design, implementation, and maintenance of Dynamics Commerce modules/sub-systems 
• Authoring and reviewing functional and technical documentation of Commerce 
• Creating enhancement plans and estimates for configuration/coding efforts to continually improve Commerce processes  
• Support maintaining the enterprise architecture for commerce 
• Performing bug resolutions, release testing and build verification and beta support for commerce modules 
• Supporting other related IT work and operations 
• Provide knowledge transfer\training of commerce to other team members and business users
