Job Description
- Create candidates pipeline through posting job ads on all recruitment channels.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media.
- Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Carry out the hiring process including job offer proposal, communicating it to the successful candidates.
- Support in organizing and attending job Fairs & recruitment events
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in the Talent Acquisition.
- Creative thinker.
- Males only
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
- Working in mass hiring businesses is a must.
- Ability to priorities and multitask on a daily basis
