Job Description
- Analyze financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making for large-scale multi-industry projects.
- Prepare, review, and present detailed financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess project viability, financial risks, and return on investment.
- Monitor project expenditures and ensure alignment with approved budgets and financial plans.
- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate project performance and support scenario analysis.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases, investment proposals, and feasibility studies.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by ensuring accurate financial records.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting project financing.
- Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of best practices in financial analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Effective collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
