Job Description
- Contact & schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers to present information and explain available solutions
- Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
- Identify ways to market our Developments to new clients, including identifying new target markets
- Constantly seek new ways to make Real Estate Developments more attractive to current and prospective customers
- Emphasize solution features based on analysis of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of services offerings and limitations
- Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner
- Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
- Customize offerings to meet customer needs
- Prepare forms or agreements to complete sales
- Maintaining monthly sales reports
- Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all market trends & directions
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
- 2-6 years of experience preferably with a developer
- Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
- Demonstrates strong product knowledge
- Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
- Excellent command of Microsoft office programs
- Excellent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
