Job Description

  • Contact & schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers to present information and explain available solutions
  • Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of the business
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
  • Identify ways to market our Developments to new clients, including identifying new target markets
  • Constantly seek new ways to make Real Estate Developments more attractive to current and prospective customers
  • Emphasize solution features based on analysis of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of services offerings and limitations
  • Monitor fulfillment of purchase contract terms to ensure that they are handled in a timely manner
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
  • Customize offerings to meet customer needs
  • Prepare forms or agreements to complete sales
  • Maintaining monthly sales reports
  • Demonstrate advanced sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all market trends & directions

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university
  • 2-6 years of experience preferably with a developer
  • Confident, friendly, and outgoing personality
  • Demonstrates strong product knowledge
  • Resilience, persistence, and a willingness to cope with rejection
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office programs
  • Excellent Arabic & English (written and spoken)
