Job Description
- Gathering data for making phone calls within targeted sectors, using manual and electronic guides and other sources of information.
- Performing telemarketing activities over the phone with the aim of generating leads within target sectors.
- Submitting the daily and monthly report to marketing manager
- Using customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and updating relevant information contained in these systems.
- Assisting the marketing department gathering customer’s feedback by satisfaction letters which helps in setting the Service Evaluations.
- Carrying out pre-event activities. Inviting clients and prospects for seminars, exhibitions and client days.
Job Requirements
- BS: in any of the following areas (Business Administration or related field).
- Females only can apply.
- Very good command of English both written and verbal.
- Previous experience as Telemarketing is a plus.
