Job Description
- Track inventory levels
- Train, guide and evaluate our coordinators.
- Ensure Staff are following the company work structure. (KPI’s, Timings, attitude, Follow Up).
- Provide reports as assigned “weekly &Monthly”
- Follow up on All inbound, outbound and all warehouses operation activities and ensure that we meet KPI’s and SLA.
- Determine and track most important warehouse KPIs.
- Coordinate and monitor the receipt and all documents needed for order, dispatch of Materials.
- Ensure that Daily Cycle Count Accuracy 100% also the MONTHLY COUNT.
- Utilizing Warehouse Space.
- Inventory analysis and stock level reports on weekly basis.
- System awareness and how to use every function.
- Ensure Archiving is done properly.
- Constantly work to improve processes.
- Make suggestions for productivity improvements.
- Communicate and collaborate with other team members.
- Ensure Merchant is satisfaction.
- Track the activation rate.
Provides Reports & follow up with Managers as below: -
- Coordinators performance on weekly basis.
- Monthly transactions reports on monthly basis.
- Physically warehouse utilization on monthly basis.
- Monthly facility check reports on monthly basis.
- Employees action plan on monthly basis (Operation – Admin).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree holder in BA or relevant.
- 2 to 3 year of experience in same position .
- Males only.
- Good English.
