Job Description
- Lead the local creator recruitment of Hago, a social/entertainment product.
- In charge of the day-to-day management of top creators, including communication, content guidance, incentives, etc.
- Research, reach out, and manage local MCNs to onboard creator and execute relative projects.
- Create the incubating plan and incentive program for top tier creators, and monitor the performance in real-time to provide feedbacks to the team.
- Cross-team communications, to ensure the delivery of projects and ensure a smooth experience of creators in interaction with Hago.
Job Requirements
- Familiar with the influencer industry and has a deep understanding of social media platforms.
- Understand the live-streaming industry and is data-driven.
- Excellent communication and execution skills have constructive reasoning skill.
- Ability to a fast-paced environment and able to work independently.
- Experience in Tech and professional level of Mandarin language is plus.
