Job Description
1. Data Acquisition for As-Built creation purposes:
- P&IDs data verification in the site (comparing with the existing and available data received from our client’s side)
- P&IDs and PFDs data Acquisition from the site (For areas has no exist P&IDs, with the coordination with our client processing teams)
2. Drafting:
- Prepare a draft of As-Built P&IDs and PFDs
- Supervise a team consists of MEEG engineers in the drafting process and P&IDs Finalization.
- Prepare the final As-Built P&IDs and PFDs
3. Quality Control Assessment:
- Coordinate with Laser scanning and 3D modeling teams to verify the piping data with the laser scanning data
4. Attendance for follow up meetings with the client if needed.
Job Requirements
- Have experience as a piping checker in mega and small projects.
- Familiar with all engineering DWGs and documents (P&ID, isometrics, material form, GAs…etc.)
- Familiar with 3D model, procedures, material classes, and vendor data.
- Worked in different types of projects such (Feed, Details, offshore, onshore, rehabilitation, green & brownfield, power gen., refinery…).
- Familiar with international piping codes and standards (ASME, API, ASTM….)
- Experience in the leading engineering teams.
- Analysis of Pipeline survey, drawing ISO's & data gathering for offshore complexes, onshore process area including (equipment, valves, pipes…etc.)
- Familiar with piping stress analysis.
- Monitor work progress against plans and schedules and highlight areas of concern and possible corrective actions.
- Good communication skills.
- Co-operative and flexible.
