Job Description
A leading company specialized in the Poultry sector, in urgent need of senior foreign purchasing:
- Implementing purchasing strategies.
- Managing purchasing activities, and allocating tasks.
- Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing systems and processes
Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in BA or equivalent is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in the Procurement field ( Poultry is a must).
- Good knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.
- Perfect use of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge in foreign contracts terms (Mandatory).
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
