Job Description
- Mentor existing employees performance and Crete the needed training to fill their performance gaps.
- Identifying training needs by conducted widely training needs analysis.
- Develop the company’s annual training and development plan.
- Conduct selling skills sessions, to increase our agents selling abilities.
- Design and deliver in-house and online training programs (new hire and Existing)
- Creating workshops’ materials, customize the content, and find an appropriate solution.
- Create creative activities and games.
- Enhancing training materials library including supporting activities, games, tests and assessments.
- Prepare all required reports.
Job Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of experience in telesales field.
- 2- 3 years’ experience , as a sales or telesales trainer.
- TOT is a must.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ready to conduct E-learning training.
- Flexible working hours.
- Very good in preparing reports using excel, and make required analysis.
- Excellent in creating martial through PowerPoint.
- Flexible to adapt with any changes
