Job Description

We are looking for a talented Social media manager to create and execute a social media strategy, develop a content calendar and manage our social media accounts. You will be responsible for creating original designs and video content, managing posts and responding to followers and customers. You will manage our company image in a cohesive way on social media platforms (facebook, Instagram and tiktok) to achieve our marketing goals.

As a Social media manager, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views in a creative and fun way to drive engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Monitor competitive accounts to understand market dynamics
  • Conduct a landscape analysis to know what drives engagement and followership in the jewelry category.
  • Create a social media strategy and content calendar to achieve business objectives
  • Set specific objectives and report on KPIs
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
  • Communicate with followers, provide personalized responses to queries on social media, website and whats app in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent writing and communication skills in both Arabic & English (Spoken and written)
  • Very good photography skills to be able to take high res pictures of new products.
  • Hands-on experience in content creation and management.
  • Good knowledge of social media (facebook, Instagram, tiktok) engagement.
  • Ability to deliver a wide range creative and engaging content (text, image and video).
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Note:You need to visit the physical store at least twice a week
